We have obtained a favourable interpretation for the consortium that carries out the project co-financed by the EU Cohesion Fund “Sewage Treatment in Włocławek”. The Minister of Finance confirmed the correctness of our opinion that the return of the advance payment as a result of changing the consortium leader should be documented by means of a accounting note, not an invoice. Due to this solution the foreign company will avoid the risk of having the application for VAT refund for foreign entities turned down.
